Mike kept saying "no presents" for his retirement party. They got him one anyway. It commemorates their cabin and 50 acres in beautiful Brown's Park. It is on the ranch where Diana grew up. They put a cabin on it and spend as much time as possible there. A good idea for his retirement party.
